The Namibia Journal of Managerial Sciences (NMJS) is an open-access, double-blind peerreviewed, multidisciplinary research journal published by the International University of Management (IUM). NMJS serves as a platform for scholars to disseminate high-quality research and contribute valuable knowledge to society.

NMJS follows Creative Commons licenses. NMJS charges no article processing fees (APCs) or submission fees, aligning with its mission to support equitable access to research.

All manuscripts submitted to NMJS are checked for originality and inappropriate copying using a reputable plagiarism checker.
